Torrenting around
Ok, since the BitTorrents I did were so well received we've set up an official ADV torrent server. Check it out at http://bt.advfilms.com and watch for more torrents there.

Good stuff, could use more, and I see it's coming soon.

Might want to make a note that media packs like the Godanner one should include some sort of note about redistribution and use. Like if someone wanted to use the images and info on a web site. I find myself wanting to do so for my own site.

it's so funny, i saw you on the guest list for AWA months ago, not realizing you're jess's dad, and thought you'd be a really neat person to meet, hahaha. i was kind of amused by the fact that as long as i've known her, i had no idea that you guys worked for ADV until friday when we were leaving for the con.
I just wanted to thank you again for offering the use of the huge extra room you had, i just wish we could've used it, i had two other friends coming, and we just wouldn't have fit.
younger siblings of our friends are super jealous that we got to meet lauren and greg, lots of pitiful screams of "not fair" over aim, being an only child, i found it hilarious, it's not like they're superhuman or anything... jess told me that lauren liked my mohawk, so she's cool in my book, hehe.
anyway, have some work to finish before class, just wanted to say hi, and thank you, you're neato-riffic.

Speaking of the bittorrent adv stuff. Yeah the other day... well more like when Loki was released I was wandering the site when I saw the bittorrent links for Madlax, Godannar, and Loki. Id already gotten Madlax and Godannar (and liked both), so I decided to give the Loki one a try.

I gotta say that was a pretty nifty idea with the bottorrent promoting upcoming titles. I cant wait to see what else goes up on the list.

And even though it doesnt look like you update too much, Id like to say it was a pleasure meeting you at A-USA (saturday nights late night panel was hysterical ^__^)

Hi there it's GrantM from the AoD forums (well...used to be on the AoD forums)

Got an interesting question, I asked this to the ADV UK people at Ayacon but thought it would be interesting to get an answer from the US side of things.

I was wondering just how good of a business relationship do both ADV US and ADV UK have because I heard both are finanacially seperate

Hey! This is Damian Zannini, from the Condoms4Kids.com webcomic (not that..anyone knows about it).

I've always just been a con-going fan, but I think it's time I gave back to the anime community. I'm trying to pull together a convention in Knoxville, TN. I've reserved a 32,000 square foot exhibition hall(s) for it, and I've already got quite a few sponsors to help support whatever's needed in funds. We're trying to have it during June or July, before the big conventions hit like Otakon, so people will still want to come out to a smaller convention. This is probably way too late to ask, but are you available to have a panel or anything for our con? Of course, airfare, hotel, etc would be taken care of..and more than likely a little extra for just coming out.

Anways, please, PLEASE let us know if you would be available any time during this summer. We'd love to have you as a guest for the first convention we have.
